Christopher Street Day

One colourful end to June...

The end of June marks a fixed appointment on Berliners's calendars with the Christopher Street Day: a demonstration in the defense of gay rights and pride.

From the Tiergarten to Ku'damm, via Alexanderplatz. Now in its 31st year, the parade takes place with colorful floats, a street festival and the final rally in front of the Statue of Victory. The parade starts at 12:30.

Closing Party at Week-End in Alexanderplatz from 11pm ... non-stop!

An event open to the public that embraces tolerance, culture and politics as well as many tourists from different parts of Europe and the world.

A genuine expression of the libertarian sentiment of this city.
